About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage all post-sales activity for Commercial customers including onboarding, driving adoption, and managing renewals
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with customers from program administrators to C-suite executives
  • Partner with Account Executives to implement and launch new customers within target timeframes
  • Conduct regular check-ins, adoption reviews, and Executive Business Reviews (EBRs)
  • Handle customer escalations and work across internal teams to resolve issues
  • Act as the voice of the customer to provide internal feedback for product and service improvement
  • Identify and execute opportunities for upsells and cross-selling within the Navan platform

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in Customer Success Management, Account Management, or a related customer-facing role
  • Experience within a rapidly growing company
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and prioritization skills
  • Data-driven mindset with high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in corporate travel management
  • Experience in fintech
