About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage all post-sales activity for Commercial customers including onboarding, driving adoption, and managing renewals
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with customers from program administrators to C-suite executives
- Partner with Account Executives to implement and launch new customers within target timeframes
- Conduct regular check-ins, adoption reviews, and Executive Business Reviews (EBRs)
- Handle customer escalations and work across internal teams to resolve issues
- Act as the voice of the customer to provide internal feedback for product and service improvement
- Identify and execute opportunities for upsells and cross-selling within the Navan platform
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in Customer Success Management, Account Management, or a related customer-facing role
- Experience within a rapidly growing company
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and prioritization skills
- Data-driven mindset with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in corporate travel management
- Experience in fintech
