About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the commercial relationship to achieve upsell and renewal targets
- Proactively analyze customer product usage to identify growth opportunities
- Maintain best-in-class product knowledge and industry trends
- Communicate customer feedback to the product team
- Collaborate across Success, Sales, Product, Legal, and Marketing departments
- Coordinate resources to drive feature adoption
- Work with Account Executives to transition clients from pre-sales to ongoing service
Requirements
- 3+ years experience renewing and expanding SaaS solutions contracts
- Background in SaaS sales for Mobile and/or Marketing Technology
- Experience with deal sizes ranging from $25k - $500k/year
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com or similar CRM tools
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Ability to navigate complex organizations and identify decision makers
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling email, analytics, CRM, marketing automation, or content marketing solutions
- Prior collaboration with Customer Success and Marketing/Sales Enablement teams
