Account Manager, Commerce

Responsibilities

• Lead the activation of retail media strategies in collaboration with Account Directors
• Develop a deep understanding of client business objectives and KPIs to shape insight-led strategies
• Manage retail media platforms including Amazon, CitrusAd, and Criteo
• Drive innovation by staying informed on industry trends and platform developments
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders and media partners
• Oversee activation-related financial processes and ensure compliance
• Use measurement frameworks to guide optimization and performance discussions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality execution

Requirements

• Strong experience in retail media campaign set-up, management, and optimization
• Hands-on experience with Amazon, Criteo, and CitrusAd
• Essential experience with Amazon DSP and On-retailer Display activation
• Experience with bid management platforms such as Skai or Pacvue
• Proven project management and team leadership experience
• High level of data literacy and ability to translate insights into strategic recommendations
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
