Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage post-sale activities for assigned clients, including stewardship, inventory management, and campaign reporting
• Facilitate the fulfillment of complex contracts by transferring orders from sales to traffic and processing revisions
• Partner with the sales organization to manage the entire client campaign life cycle and act as a first responder for client issues
• Develop and execute strategic make-good and under-delivery plans to ensure client expectations are met
• Analyze performance data to provide insights and recommendations regarding ratings achievements and run rates
• Review pre-empt notices and oversell reports to manage inventory effectively

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in account management, campaign management, or client services within media, advertising, or digital marketing
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and drive timely resolutions
• Bachelor's Degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with programmatic advertising, CTV/OTT platforms, or ad-tech ecosystems
