Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients across Dubai and the Northern Emirates
• Drive business growth by identifying and developing new accounts and expanding CNS’s footprint
• Develop and maintain clear account plans aligned with annual sales targets
• Create and manage a structured sales pipeline with accurate revenue forecasting
• Propose tailored technical and commercial solutions across the IT services portfolio
• Collaborate with pre-sales and solution architects to deliver compelling proposals
• Lead contract negotiations to closure ensuring profitability and compliance
• Maintain up-to-date client and opportunity data in CRM platforms

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 5+ years in account management, client relations, or sales
• Solid understanding of IT services, solutions, and outsourcing models
• Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and reporting skills
• Experience with RFP/RFI processes and enterprise procurement systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree (MBA or related field)
• 7+ years of experience managing key accounts or enterprise clients
• Experience managing global accounts or offshore delivery models
