About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients across Dubai and the Northern Emirates
- Drive business growth by identifying and developing new accounts and expanding CNS’s footprint
- Develop and maintain clear account plans aligned with annual sales targets
- Create and manage a structured sales pipeline with accurate revenue forecasting
- Propose tailored technical and commercial solutions across the IT services portfolio
- Collaborate with pre-sales and solution architects to deliver compelling proposals
- Lead contract negotiations to closure ensuring profitability and compliance
- Maintain up-to-date client and opportunity data in CRM platforms
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 5+ years in account management, client relations, or sales
- Solid understanding of IT services, solutions, and outsourcing models
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and reporting skills
- Experience with RFP/RFI processes and enterprise procurement systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree (MBA or related field)
- 7+ years of experience managing key accounts or enterprise clients
- Experience managing global accounts or offshore delivery models
