About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow key accounts within the Oman market to drive business opportunities
- Build consultative relationships with customers, including C-level engagement
- Promote and sell CNS portfolio including Servers, Storage, Networking, Security, and Managed Services
- Identify and develop a pipeline of prospective customers and projects
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
- Lead sales cycles including presentations, negotiations, and deal closures
- Collaborate with principal partners to deliver end-to-end technical and commercial solutions
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in IT solutions or system integration sales
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong existing network and relationships within the Oman market
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in opportunity qualification, proposal development, and negotiation
- Strong skills in account planning and customer relationship management
