Account Manager Civil Aviation

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with worldwide civil aviation clients
• Translate customer needs into realistic, compelling solutions and manage negotiations
• Generate sales by growing existing accounts and securing new or renewal contracts
• Manage complex tenders and leads in alignment with technical and tender teams
• Establish and execute strategic account plans to drive pipeline growth
• Represent Robin Radar at international exhibitions and industry conferences
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction

Requirements

• University degree (BA, MSc, or MBA)
• 10+ years of experience in complex, international, or multicultural sales environments
• Proven track record in long-cycle, solution-based selling and complex tender management
• Full professional fluency in English
• Ability and willingness to travel internationally
• Strong analytical thinking and excellent communication skills
• Experience in the aviation segment is a strong asset
