About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary focal point of contact for clients to ensure quality standards are met
- Manage, expand, and diversify client relationships to identify add-on sales opportunities
- Act as the voice of the client when working with Independent Contractors and crew members
- Lead the execution of company policies and procedures regarding client service levels
Requirements
- 3+ years of success in a client retention role
- High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree highly desirable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM databases
- Reliable transportation for daily travel to client locations
- Ability to pass behavioral and cognitive Predictive Index assessments
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of sales and management experience in building maintenance or facility management
- Bachelor's Degree
