Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned client relationships, including retention, expansion, and diversification
• Formulate and manage effective service strategies and schedules tailored to each client
• Negotiate and enter into agreements with clients for additional services
• Manage Contractor relationships including hiring, pricing negotiation, and compliance verification
• Ensure quality and client satisfaction through detailed site inspections
• Supervise and direct Night Managers to ensure service execution
• Promote the sale and procurement of supplies for clients
• Use CRM to perform inspections, add charges, and manage routing
• Maintain updated Building Information Sheets, FSM Summary Sheets, and MSDS sheets
• Assist Accounting in collecting past due invoices

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of sales and management experience in building maintenance or facility management
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish highly preferred
• High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree highly desirable
• Highly detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM databases
• Must have reliable transportation
