About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of assigned client relationships, including retention, expansion, and diversification of building solutions
- Formulate and manage effective service strategies and schedules tailored to each client
- Negotiate and enter into agreements with clients for additional services, including pricing and logistics
- Manage Contractor relationships, including interviewing, hiring, and negotiating contract terms
- Ensure quality and client satisfaction through detailed site inspections and follow-through
- Supervise Night Managers to ensure service execution
- Promote the sale and procurement of supplies for clients
- Use CRM to perform inspections, add charges, and manage routing
- Maintain updated Building Information Sheets, FSM Summary Sheets, and MSDS sheets
- Collaborate with Sales Executives to identify potential new accounts
- Assist Accounting with collecting past due invoices and contractor payments
Requirements
- 2+ years of outside B2B account management experience
- Experience in building maintenance or facility management preferred
- 2+ years track record of success in client retention roles
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM databases
- Ability to travel daily to local client locations
