About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their specific facility maintenance requirements
- Coordinate and oversee the delivery of services, ensuring all operations meet quality and compliance standards
- Identify new business opportunities and promote expanded services to existing clients
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve service issues effectively
- Manage contractor relationships, including hiring, negotiation, and performance evaluation
- Utilize CRM tools to track client interactions, service schedules, and performance metrics
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or facility management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to lead teams and manage contractor relationships
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client sites
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
