Responsibilities

• Manage and care for sellers through multi-channel interaction (call, chat, in-person)
• Handle daily customer tickets and guide sellers on platform usage
• Develop customers using AI insights to upsell and cross-sell products and services
• Use Sales Mate system to read customer insights and detect performance issues
• Monitor seller performance including revenue, listings, and budget
• Update CRM and ticket systems while ensuring SLA compliance (~50 tickets/day)
• Provide feedback to improve AI insights and system logic
• Execute sales campaigns using AI to increase outreach and conversion

Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience in Sales or Account Management, preferably in e-commerce, marketplaces, or the automotive industry
• Ability to use AI tools in daily work and adapt to new technologies
• Data-driven mindset with comfort working with dashboards and CRM
• Strong communication and flexible problem-solving skills
• Disciplined in following processes (tickets, SLA) while remaining proactive
