About the role
Responsibilities
- Call, introduce, consult, and close transactions with employers posting on Việc Làm Tốt
- Maintain and support relationships with existing customers to ensure service renewal
- Collect customer feedback and collaborate with other teams to improve products and develop new business opportunities
- Manage customer data on CRM systems to plan weekly/monthly business activities and report results
- Identify issues and propose operational solutions
Requirements
- University or College degree
- 1+ years of experience in Account Manager or Telesales roles
- Ability to create sales plans
- Strong listening skills and ability to handle customer rejection
- Proficiency in teamwork and independent work
- Strong communication, persuasion, and problem-solving skills
- Fluent and pleasant speaking voice
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
