Account Manager - Business Intelligence

Responsibilities

• Create and support business intelligence solutions by driving BI requirements with clients
• Ensure accurate reporting documentation is captured and maintained
• Act as the reporting Subject Matter Expert (SME) during client engagements
• Collaborate with database administrators, developers, and data stewards to collect and analyze reporting requirements
• Define best practices for the design and development of data layers for reporting deployment
• Develop complex worksheets, dashboards, and ad-hoc data sets for effective storytelling
• Develop custom tables, views, and data models across various database environments

Requirements

• Strong understanding of database and data management concepts and principles
• Proven experience in reporting solution delivery and dashboard/worksheet development
• Proficiency in data modeling
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server, Snowflake, BigQuery, and/or Redshift
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders
