About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage a territory within the Melbourne metro area, focusing on the Process Industry
- Take ownership of local branch-based customers to drive profitable success
- Introduce and promote new and existing products to the customer base
- Develop and apply customer-specific strategies to meet business goals
- Combine account management with proactive business development activities
Requirements
- Proven experience in relationship-building and negotiation
- Experience within the Healthcare, Hospitality, or Facility Management industries
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Demonstrated ability in preparing tenders and proposals
- Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous background in professional sales
- Strong administrative ability to maintain accurate customer records
