Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of local branch-based customers to drive profitable success
• Introduce and promote new and existing products to the customer base
• Develop and apply customer-specific strategies to meet business needs
• Combine account management with proactive business development activities
• Maintain multi-tiered relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Proven experience in account management
• Industry experience within Healthcare, Hospitality, or Facility Management
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• High level of business acumen and a solutions-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience working with CRM systems
• Demonstrated ability to prepare professional tenders and proposals
