Account Manager BSS OSS

Responsibilities

• Strategically position and market Business and Operational Support Solutions (BSS/OSS)
• Identify critical customer needs through consultative engagement to generate sales opportunities
• Conduct product and solution presentations to articulate value propositions
• Leverage Key Account Manager resources, including Marketing, Technical Support, and business units
• Collaborate with VP and KAM teams to develop business plans and new sales initiatives
• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with relevant customer interfaces
• Provide thought leadership in communication evolution, virtualization, cloud, and analytics

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering (preferably Electronics, Computer Science, or Telecommunications) or an MBA
• Minimum of two years of experience in project execution and delivery
• Proven experience selling BSS/OSS solutions
• Strong background in sales and delivery
• Knowledge of IT, e-commerce, BSS, OSS, and Cloud Environments
• Understanding of mobile technologies including 3G, 4G/LTE, and 5G

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Analytics and Inventory management
• Experience with Network Management, Network & Service Orchestration
