Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of golf course partners across the UK and Ireland to drive revenue growth and retention
• Conduct regular client check-ins to review performance, gather feedback, and identify growth opportunities
• Provide consultative advice on product adoption, upselling new services, and optimizing tee time offerings
• Utilize quantitative data and technical tools to create proposals that maximize client value
• Implement and educate partners on successful dynamic pricing strategies
• Maintain accurate daily activity records using Salesforce
• Act as a brand ambassador through proactive outbound engagement and occasional onsite visits

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in Sales or Account Management, preferably in e-commerce or technology
• Strong business acumen with proven negotiation and complex relationship management skills
• Experience analyzing, collating, and presenting data to support client recommendations
• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM and sales automation tools
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Willingness to travel for work-related purposes as required

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree level education in a relevant discipline such as Business, Marketing, or IT
• Familiarity with or direct experience in the UK golf market
