About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of golf course partners across the UK and Ireland to drive revenue growth and retention
- Conduct regular client check-ins to review performance, gather feedback, and identify growth opportunities
- Provide consultative advice on product adoption, upselling new services, and optimizing tee time offerings
- Utilize quantitative data and technical tools to create proposals that maximize client value
- Implement and educate partners on successful dynamic pricing strategies
- Maintain accurate daily activity records using Salesforce
- Act as a brand ambassador through proactive outbound engagement and occasional onsite visits
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in Sales or Account Management, preferably in e-commerce or technology
- Strong business acumen with proven negotiation and complex relationship management skills
- Experience analyzing, collating, and presenting data to support client recommendations
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM and sales automation tools
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Willingness to travel for work-related purposes as required
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree level education in a relevant discipline such as Business, Marketing, or IT
- Familiarity with or direct experience in the UK golf market
