Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop growth-oriented sales strategies for Polymers, Plastic, Packaging, Compounding, and Masterbatch industries.
• Manage sales for product groups including Additives, Antioxidants, UV/HALS, Colorants, Amides, Engineering & High-performance Polymers, and Impact Modifiers.
• Promote new raw materials and products through proactive business development and customer project engagement.
• Conduct market research to monitor competitor pricing, new product launches, and current market conditions.
• Manage customer financial status, including payment schedules and resolving payment issues.
• Identify new potential customers and determine appropriate pricing and sales strategies.
• Provide quarterly reports to suppliers regarding project pipelines, customer feedback, and market competition.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering from a reputable university.
• 3-6 years of trackable experience in Polymers and the sales of related product lines.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Excellent numeric and financial re-interpretation skills.
• Strong communication and process management skills to maintain long-lasting customer relationships.
• A strong commercial outlook and professional approach to account management.
