About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the commercial relationship to achieve upsell and renewal targets
- Proactively analyze customer product usage to identify growth opportunities
- Communicate customer feedback to the product team
- Collaborate across Success, Sales, Product, Legal, and Marketing departments
- Coordinate resources to drive feature adoption
- Work with Account Executives to transition clients from pre-sales to ongoing service
Requirements
- 3+ years experience renewing and expanding SaaS solutions contracts
- Background in SaaS sales for Mobile or Marketing Technology
- Experience with deal sizes ranging from $25k to $500k/year
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com or similar CRM tools
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Strong presentation and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling email, analytics, CRM, or marketing automation solutions
- Knowledge of multi-channel consumer engagement and APIs
