About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the commercial relationship to achieve upsell and renewal targets
  • Proactively analyze customer product usage to identify growth opportunities
  • Communicate customer feedback to the product team
  • Collaborate across Success, Sales, Product, Legal, and Marketing departments
  • Coordinate resources to drive feature adoption
  • Work with Account Executives to transition clients from pre-sales to ongoing service

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience renewing and expanding SaaS solutions contracts
  • Background in SaaS sales for Mobile or Marketing Technology
  • Experience with deal sizes ranging from $25k to $500k/year
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com or similar CRM tools
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • Strong presentation and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling email, analytics, CRM, or marketing automation solutions
  • Knowledge of multi-channel consumer engagement and APIs
