Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Represent the YORK/Hitachi portfolio by selling residential and commercial HVAC equipment to contractors
• Recruit new YORK dealers to increase market share
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase share of wallet
• Prospect and recruit new customers that fit the YORK partnership profile
• Create custom marketing strategies to help customers grow their businesses
• Negotiate prices and terms of sale
• Set and achieve weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
• Assist customers in selecting the best products to meet their specific needs

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• 5+ years of HVAC/R experience
• 5+ years of strategic account management experience
• Proficiency in Salesforce
• Ability to travel within Bucks, Montgomery, and Philadelphia Counties

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Strong proficiency in business writing, verbal communication, and negotiation
• Skilled in using Windows operating systems, including Microsoft Outlook and Teams
• Proven ability to operate effectively across both sales and operations
• Strong business acumen including sales forecasting and opportunity management
• Self-motivated with a high energy level and desire to achieve goals
