Responsibilities

  • Manage 5-15 dedicated accounts focused on growth and expansion
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding engineering roadmaps to drive adoption
  • Lead complex, multi-threaded sales cycles with urgency and precision
  • Partner with Solution Consultants to drive technical validation
  • Develop ROI narratives tied to engineering efficiency and business impact
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, solutions, and customer success teams
  • Consistently exceed pipeline and revenue targets

Requirements

  • Experience selling into technical buyers and engineering organizations
  • Experience driving adoption of usage-based, consumption-led models
  • Track record of developing new business and driving account growth
  • Strong executive presence with CIO, CTO, and VP-level buyers
  • Experience selling developer tools, DevOps, infrastructure, or AI platforms
  • Background working closely with software engineering teams
  • Early-stage startup experience in high-growth environments
