Responsibilities
- Manage 5-15 dedicated accounts focused on growth and expansion
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding engineering roadmaps to drive adoption
- Lead complex, multi-threaded sales cycles with urgency and precision
- Partner with Solution Consultants to drive technical validation
- Develop ROI narratives tied to engineering efficiency and business impact
- Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, solutions, and customer success teams
- Consistently exceed pipeline and revenue targets
Requirements
- Experience selling into technical buyers and engineering organizations
- Experience driving adoption of usage-based, consumption-led models
- Track record of developing new business and driving account growth
- Strong executive presence with CIO, CTO, and VP-level buyers
- Experience selling developer tools, DevOps, infrastructure, or AI platforms
- Background working closely with software engineering teams
- Early-stage startup experience in high-growth environments
