Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients including institutions, mining companies, and individuals
• Identify opportunities for new business within existing accounts and onboard new clients
• Oversee mining operations projects and coordinate with technical teams to meet customer requirements
• Monitor client account performance and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders
• Stay updated on trends in crypto mining, blockchain technology, and competitor activities
• Address client concerns promptly to enhance satisfaction and retention rates

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• Experience in Account Management and/or Project Management
• Familiarity with the cryptocurrency or blockchain sector
• Basic knowledge of blockchain technology and crypto mining processes
• Proficiency with CRM tools
• Strong communication, negotiation, and data analysis skills

• Familiarity with mining operations
