About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide sustainable support and consultation to existing customers, including clinics, blood banks, and medical laboratories
  • Drive business success by realizing customer potential and expanding the customer base through new business development
  • Represent the company at trade fairs and other professional events
  • Manage the sales process from closing deals to supporting order processing and equipment commissioning
  • Monitor competition by analyzing market situations and adapting sales strategies in collaboration with the Sales Manager
  • Create reporting and action plans for sales planning and controlling, and maintain the customer database (Salesforce)

Requirements

  • Degree in Biology or Chemistry, or completed MTA training (or equivalent qualification)
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the clinical diagnostics market
  • Proficiency in both German and English
  • Strong IT user skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build long-term customer relationships
  • Technical ability to demonstrate instruments and/or research consumables

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the field of Immunohaematology
