Responsibilities
- Manage media planning and buying, ensuring client strategies and KPIs are met
- Develop comprehensive media plans and manage end-to-end planning processes
- Oversee project management including campaign activation, tracking, and reporting
- Drive business development by identifying organic and diversified revenue growth opportunities
- Supervise and lead Assistants, Account Executives, and Senior Account Executives
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance management for direct reports
- Maintain vendor relationships and ensure compliance with agency standards
Requirements
- 3-5 years of media experience
- Proven experience in negotiating pricing and booking campaigns
- Strong understanding of the OOH media landscape
- Experience delivering high standards of client service
- Proficiency with CRM, spreadsheets, and project management software
- Ability to analyze data to identify meaningful observations and recommendations
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
