About the role
Responsibilities
- Own and manage end-to-end strategic bank partnerships to drive long-term value
- Drive revenue growth by enabling and scaling sales through bank channels
- Lead the end-to-end rollout of banking programs for seamless execution
- Position Razorpay POS as the preferred partner for banks’ merchant acquiring business
- Build and nurture multi-level stakeholder relationships with partner banks
- Lead RFP preparation, submission, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver on partner objectives
- Travel regularly to engage with bank and NBFC partners
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience, preferably in merchant acquiring or payments
- Proven experience in banking partnerships, alliances, or channel sales
- Experience in RFP preparation
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment
- Practical experience using LLMs like ChatGPT or Claude for policy summarization and drafting
- Ability to apply AI or automation tools to improve process efficiency
