About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage accuracy of job orders, estimates, and proofs to ensure customer satisfaction
- Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for assigned accounts to drive annual revenue growth
- Enter orders into Monarch with high accuracy and update schedules via provided processes
- Communicate job status, schedule changes, and potential problems to clients and the Account Director
- Conduct annual business reviews with SPOC clients and maintain relationships through regular communication and in-person visits
- Provide pricing guidance and create invoices for change orders
- Collaborate with Production and Subject Matter Experts to ensure timely project delivery
Requirements
- 5+ years of account management experience
- 3+ years of experience in print, direct mail, or signage
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
