Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage accuracy of job orders, estimates, and proofs to ensure customer satisfaction
• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for assigned accounts to drive annual revenue growth
• Enter orders into Monarch with high accuracy and update schedules via provided processes
• Communicate job status, schedule changes, and potential problems to clients and the Account Director
• Conduct annual business reviews with SPOC clients and maintain relationships through regular communication and in-person visits
• Provide pricing guidance and create invoices for change orders
• Collaborate with Production and Subject Matter Experts to ensure timely project delivery

Requirements

• 5+ years of account management experience
• 3+ years of experience in print, direct mail, or signage
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
