About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage and strengthen key relationships within a designated list of on-premise accounts in the Indiana territory.
  • Drive sales and brand visibility through promotional activations and training bar staff on the product portfolio.
  • Develop customer strategies, business plans, and compelling promotional programming.
  • Execute activities to achieve sales objectives, including new distribution and drink features.
  • Track all activities and submit regular reports regarding KPI progress, account visits, and competitive activities.
  • Manage T&E and monthly activation budgets efficiently.
  • Participate in local events and national initiatives, which may occur during evenings or weekends.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in the Spirits or Beverage industry (distributor, bar, or front-of-house experience).
  • Existing professional relationships within restaurants, sports bars, and nightclubs.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present to various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and manage time effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
