Responsibilities
- Follow up on incoming leads and book customer meetings
- Conduct outbound sales through cold calling
- Perform needs analyses to identify the right energy solutions
- Prepare, present, and follow up on quotes
- Drive deals from initial contact to signed contracts
- Ensure correct documentation in CRM
- Hand over deals to project managers for delivery
Requirements
- Experience in sales, preferably B2C
- Experience with both incoming leads and outbound sales
- Proficiency in using CRM systems
- Ability to work in a structured manner and document work
- Strong communication skills in Swedish, both oral and written
