Responsibilities

  • Follow up on incoming leads and book customer meetings
  • Conduct outbound sales through cold calling
  • Perform needs analyses to identify the right energy solutions
  • Prepare, present, and follow up on quotes
  • Drive deals from initial contact to signed contracts
  • Ensure correct documentation in CRM
  • Hand over deals to project managers for delivery

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, preferably B2C
  • Experience with both incoming leads and outbound sales
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems
  • Ability to work in a structured manner and document work
  • Strong communication skills in Swedish, both oral and written
