Account Manager B2B Außendienst Region Berlin

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop an existing B2B customer portfolio within the Berlin region
• Actively acquire new business customers and build long-term, trusting partnerships
• Provide holistic consulting on workshop services, including tires, maintenance, repairs, and fleet management
• Plan and control sales activities independently, from appointment setting to closing deals
• Collaborate closely with ATU branches to ensure seamless execution of customer orders
• Coordinate with internal departments such as marketing, sales management, and project management
• Document all sales activities in the CRM system to ensure high data quality and pipeline transparency
• Monitor the market to identify new business opportunities in the region

Requirements

• Completed commercial or technical training or a degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Sales
• Several years of experience in B2B sales or Account Management
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• High level of customer orientation and entrepreneurial thinking
• Independent, structured, and goal-oriented way of working
• Proficiency in CRM systems and standard office/collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace)
• Fluent German language skills (English is a plus but not required)
