Responsibilities
- Own a book of mid-market home service accounts, driving retention, expansion, and on-time renewals
- Build and deepen relationships with key stakeholders to position Avoca as an indispensable partner
- Lead quarterly and executive business reviews tying performance to customer outcomes
- Identify, develop, and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow net revenue retention
- Partner with Sales, Implementation, and Product teams to ensure smooth onboarding and adoption
- Monitor account health signals proactively to intervene on at-risk accounts
- Serve as the internal voice of the customer by surfacing product feedback to Product and Engineering
- Collaborate with Marketing on customer success stories and case studies
Requirements
- 7-10 years of account management or customer success experience at a B2B SaaS company
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding NRR, GRR, or expansion targets
- Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder accounts from operators to executives
- Strong commercial instincts for identifying and closing expansion opportunities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for high-impact executive reviews
- Proficiency with CRM tools like HubSpot
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in home services, field services, or vertical SaaS
- Familiarity with AI or voice-based products
- Experience building or refining AM/CS processes at a scaling startup
