About the role

Responsibilities

  • Generate sales for Audio Visual systems by developing and maintaining client relationships
  • Identify sales prospects within assigned territory and provide accurate forecasts
  • Analyze cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to ensure full product presentation
  • Exhibit a consultative sales approach to determine customer visual collaboration needs
  • Develop price quotations, bid responses, contracts, and pricing strategies
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans and quarterly sales plans to meet quotas
  • Work with installation teams to ensure smooth transitions from sale to installation
  • Design and implement prospecting tools such as webinars, seminars, and social media campaigns
  • Establish professional relationships with manufacturer sales and engineering personnel
  • Use internal databases to track client contact information and pending activities
  • Represent the company at technological briefings and trade shows

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of direct selling experience in AV, VTC, Telecommunications, Construction, or Technology industries
  • High school diploma or equivalent (four-year degree preferred)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to understand, present, and demonstrate visual collaboration products
  • Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
