About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive short- and long-term sustainable growth for key automotive accounts
- Define and execute customer-specific sales strategies to identify and win new opportunities
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with customer decision-makers and top management
- Manage strategic relationships with channel partners to support demand creation and technical requests
- Own and drive key account plans for top customers in collaboration with channel partners
- Manage NXP internal resources to meet sales goals and deliver above-market growth
- Ensure excellent commercial results in alignment with NXP corporate targets
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master degree in electrical engineering or a similar field
- 3-5 years of high-tech B2B sales experience
- Proven experience in the semiconductor or automotive market
- Fluency in both German and English
- Strong analytical skills to extract customer requirements and identify appropriate solutions
- Ability to explain complex technical content to various business levels
- Experience managing complex engagements with both customers and channel partners
