About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive short- and long-term sustainable growth for key automotive accounts
  • Define and execute customer-specific sales strategies to identify and win new opportunities
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with customer decision-makers and top management
  • Manage strategic relationships with channel partners to support demand creation and technical requests
  • Own and drive key account plans for top customers in collaboration with channel partners
  • Manage NXP internal resources to meet sales goals and deliver above-market growth
  • Ensure excellent commercial results in alignment with NXP corporate targets

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master degree in electrical engineering or a similar field
  • 3-5 years of high-tech B2B sales experience
  • Proven experience in the semiconductor or automotive market
  • Fluency in both German and English
  • Strong analytical skills to extract customer requirements and identify appropriate solutions
  • Ability to explain complex technical content to various business levels
  • Experience managing complex engagements with both customers and channel partners
