About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary commercial point of contact for satellite bandwidth customers, ensuring all contractual obligations are met and tracked to closure.
- Lead responses to customer commercial requests and partner with the Finance department to track, manage, and forecast revenue.
- Ensure the accuracy of billing triggers and commercial data.
- Coordinate with engineering and product teams to understand technical issues and provide meaningful context to customers.
- Maintain rigorous documentation of customer interactions, project statuses, and commercial commitments.
Requirements
- 1-5 years of professional experience in Account Management, Commercial Operations, or a related customer-facing role.
- U.S. Citizenship, Lawful Permanent Residency, or Refugee/Asylee Status (required for export regulation compliance).
- Financial literacy and strong comfort level with contracts and revenue tracking.
- Willingness to travel up to 20%.
- A degree or professional background in a technical field (e.g., Engineering, Physics, Math, or CS) is preferred.
