Account Manager Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned client relationships, including retention, satisfaction, and growth opportunities
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with contractors and service providers to ensure high-quality service performance
• Conduct regular quality control inspections and address any issues promptly to maintain service standards
• Negotiate contracts and service agreements with clients to expand offerings and increase revenue
• Utilize CRM software to document client interactions, track service delivery, and manage schedules
• Collaborate with internal teams including accounting and operations to resolve client concerns
• Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and operational efficiency

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in account management, sales, or facility management preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
