Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned iGaming clients
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
• Support client onboarding and guide them through integrations and product launches
• Work with internal teams to deliver timely solutions and meet client needs
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services
• Provide regular updates and KPI reports to clients and management
• Monitor the iGaming market and advise clients on relevant opportunities
• Resolve client issues quickly and effectively to maintain service excellence
• Participate in industry events and client meetings as required

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, or Customer Success
• Mandatory experience within the iGaming industry
• Proven track record of building client relationships and driving account growth
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business events
