About the Company

Arch is a Series B financial technology company that automates the management of private investments, improving access, understanding, and the human experience of investing across asset classes. We serve over 400 clients, including some of America’s largest banks and financial institutions.

Responsibilities

  • Build and deepen relationships with operations leaders, CTOs, COOs, and Partners
  • Own the full commercial lifecycle for accounts including renewals, upsells, and expansions
  • Lead commercial conversations with C-suite stakeholders and senior decision-makers
  • Represent the voice of the client internally to influence product and operational priorities
  • Track and report on account health, pipeline activity, and revenue performance
  • Help shape playbooks for renewals, pricing, and account expansion

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of experience in Enterprise Sales or Account Management within a SaaS company
  • Proven track record of consistent quota attainment
  • Experience building or scaling commercial or customer success functions in a startup environment
  • Proficiency with CRMs, data systems, or SQL
  • Ability to work onsite in New York City

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in wealth management, family offices, fund management, or accounting
  • Understanding of Alternative Investments industry trends and products
  • Knowledge of investment concepts such as capital calls, IRRs, K-1s, and recallable distributions
