Account Manager - API Platform

About the Company

NexHealth is building the infrastructure layer for modern healthcare, connecting thousands of fragmented, on-premise, and closed EHR systems into a single, modern platform that powers software, APIs, payments, and patient experiences across the ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue expansion for the existing customer base with a focus on net revenue retention
• Drive multi-location growth and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
• Serve as the primary technical relationship for accounts, managing API integration and webhook architecture discussions
• Surface and resolve expansion-blocking issues and technical blockers
• Manage a named account portfolio, including regular business reviews and expansion planning
• Work closely with Engineering and Solutions Engineering on complex technical questions
• Maintain CRM accuracy for expansion pipeline and renewal risk

Requirements

• 4+ years in account management, customer success, or solutions engineering at a SaaS or API-first company
• Demonstrated ownership of expansion revenue and NRR
• Technical fluency with APIs and developer workflows
• Experience navigating multi-stakeholder accounts
• Strong commercial orientation and CRM discipline

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in health-tech, developer tools, or API platforms
• Familiarity with EHR/PMS systems, clinical workflows, or Revenue Cycle Management
• Experience in a customer-facing role at a company building its GTM function
