About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of elevator units by maintaining strong working relationships with existing customers
- Serve as the primary contact for resolving customer inquiries and needs in a timely manner
- Develop new business through cold calling, networking, bids, and tenders
- Create and execute personal sales strategies to achieve territory targets and margin growth
- Utilize sales tools to track opportunities, manage the pipeline, and forecast results
- Conduct sales negotiations and close deals
- Collaborate with sales representatives and field colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Business or technical degree, or completed training as a technician or technical business administrator
- 3 years of prior professional work experience
- Experience in the sale of technical service agreements requiring consultation
- Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of customer and service orientation
- Target-focused mindset with the ability to work at pace in a complex corporate environment
- High level of commitment and reliability
