Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, agencies, and small-to-medium brands to deliver first-class service.
• Manage the full advertising journey for brands, including onboarding, campaign launch, and ongoing optimization.
• Educate brands on Amazon Advertising offerings and analyze campaign performance against key metrics to drive efficiency and meet KPIs.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, and Ad Operations to formulate brand-centric projects and adoption programs.
• Troubleshoot technical or implementation issues by collaborating with internal technical teams.
• Serve as a source of market intelligence to assist in the development of product features, pricing, and operational best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Business.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in advertising solutions, including sales and ad operations.
• Proven experience in online marketing.
• Ability to synthesize complex data analysis into concise and compelling presentations.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
