Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage daily security operations and scheduling for security officers using AI-powered technology
• Lead, hire, coach, and manage a team of security officers and supervisors
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients to ensure high-quality service and relationship management
• Respond to security incidents and emergencies, coordinating with clients and internal teams
• Oversee site operational standards, including training, safety, and inventory management (uniforms, equipment, etc.)
• Maintain financial acumen by managing staffing levels, minimizing unbilled overtime, and controlling turnover costs

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in business operations, security management, or team supervision
• Valid driver’s license
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications
• Strong ability to evaluate situations, make independent decisions, and resolve conflicts
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness, physical security protocols, and risk assessments

Preferred Qualifications

• College degree in Business Administration or a law enforcement-related field
• Experience in law enforcement, military, or facility management
• ASIS International Certified Protection Professional (CPP) certification
• Experience with security systems such as CCTV, access control, and badge administration
• Previous experience in payroll, billing, or scheduling
