Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage daily security operations and scheduling for security officers using AI-powered technology
• Lead, hire, coach, and develop a team of security officers and supervisors
• Serve as the primary point of contact for hospital clients to ensure high-quality service
• Respond to and coordinate security incidents and emergencies professionally
• Oversee site operational standards, training, safety, and equipment inventory
• Manage financial aspects including payroll, staffing levels, and cost control

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in business operations, security management, or team supervision
• Valid driver’s license
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness, physical security protocols, and risk assessments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications
• Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets and minimize overtime

Preferred Qualifications

• College degree in Business Administration or a law enforcement-related field
• Experience in military, law enforcement, or facility management
• ASIS International Certified Protection Professional (CPP) certification
• Experience with security systems such as CCTV, access control, and badge administration
• Graduate of a certified public safety academy
