Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling for security officers using AI-powered technology to meet client contract hours and minimize unbilled overtime
• Lead, hire, coach, and manage security officers and supervisors, overseeing payroll, performance, and employee relations
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients to ensure high-quality service and strong relationships
• Respond to security incidents and emergencies professionally, coordinating with clients and internal teams
• Oversee training, safety, and site operational standards, including inventory management for uniforms and equipment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in business operations, security management, or supervising teams
• Experience leading, developing, and retaining a dynamic team
• Knowledge of physical security protocols, emergency preparedness, and risk assessments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications
• Valid driver’s license
• Financial acumen to manage staffing levels, turnover costs, and inventory

Preferred Qualifications

• College degree in Business Administration or a law enforcement-related field
• Experience in law enforcement, military, or facility management
• ASIS International Certified Protection Professional (CPP) certification
• Previous experience with payroll, billing, or scheduling
• Aptitude with security systems such as CCTV, access control, and badge administration
