About the role
Responsibilities
- Advance territory growth by deepening relationships with existing clients and identifying new business opportunities.
- Serve as a consultative partner to help customers integrate a full range of solutions into their operations.
- Develop strategic roadmaps to achieve sales milestones through effective time management and planning.
- Implement account partnership strategies, including regular business reviews for key customers.
- Connect with key stakeholders and influencers to understand their needs and support their decision-making process.
- Coordinate information management across the partnership lifecycle to ensure healthy margins and growth.
- Proactively learn about new products and the competitive landscape to remain a trusted advisor.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or an equivalent field.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or commercial roles.
- Proven track record of advancing sales goals and surpassing key milestones.
- Proficiency in common email, spreadsheet, word processing, and presentation software.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
- Strong ability to identify client pain points and facilitate technical solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience contributing to growth in industrial, commercial, or educational markets.
- Familiarity with industrial, specialty, and medical gases.
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
- Proficiency with SAP.
