Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Resolve day-to-day client queries
• Ensure all SLAs are adhered to
• Work closely with Warehouse Team Leaders to facilitate smooth account operations
• Manage inbound shipments and prepare systems for inventory scanning
• Communicate with couriers regarding logistics issues
• Provide high-level feedback to clients to enhance their operations
• Build strong, lasting relationships with clients

Requirements

• MS Office skills, particularly Outlook and Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build relationships with customers
• Previous experience in Customer Service or Account Management
• Methodical and organised working style
• Previous knowledge of logistics or distribution is ideal
