Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive brand and creator strategies to maximize campaign performance
• Collaborate with leadership, sales, creator relations, and product teams to ensure campaign execution
• Evaluate advertising data to extract actionable insights and strategic recommendations
• Produce detailed reports and presentations for internal teams and external clients
• Build client trust through thoughtful communication and optimization recommendations
• Stay updated on digital advertising trends and the creator economy

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in client-facing roles such as account management or client success
• Proven track record of growing key advertising accounts
• Deep experience in ad platforms and performance data analysis
• Strong understanding of influencer space, YouTube creators, and digital marketing
• Experience as a performance marketer or working directly with performance marketers
• Ability to manage a large volume of live campaigns simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

• Passion for AI and experience incorporating AI/LLM technology into workflows
• Growth mindset and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
