Account Manager, Aesthetic Medicine

Responsibilities

• Develop target customers for exhibitions by actively seeking potential clients and exploring their specific needs.
• Provide tailored exhibition solutions and professional recommendations to help clients recognize commercial returns.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets, including revenue and customer acquisition indicators.
• Conduct market research and competitor studies to identify new market opportunities and trends.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and project teams to ensure customer requirements are implemented during exhibition execution.
• Manage customer feedback and provide timely support to resolve issues during the exhibition process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 2-3 years of B2B sales or customer management experience.
• Proven track record of independently developing customers and managing medium to large-sized enterprises.
• Strong communication and client management skills.
• Proficiency in English reading and writing.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the exhibition sales or service industry.
