Account Manager - Advertising

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption and usage of the self-service advertising platform for Marketplace sellers
• Analyze sales metrics and advertising data to provide data-driven insights and recommendations
• Build media plans for top-tier spending sellers and identify upselling opportunities
• Coordinate asset collection for design and campaign execution
• Manage integration of advertising campaigns into the marketing calendar
• Supervise billing and payment processes for accuracy and timeliness
• Monitor campaign performance through tracking reports and share results with clients
• Meet and surpass advertising sales targets
• Assist in developing promotional material and educational webinars to drive platform adoption
• Collaborate with CRM teams to build successful case studies
• Escalate operational platform issues to technical teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma (or 5 years of account management experience)
• 3 years of experience in B2B software or advertising sales
• Proven experience in Digital Marketing, Advertising, and Sales
• Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve sales targets
• Strong track record in internal and external relationship management
• E-Commerce experience is advantageous
