About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams
  • Understand customer requirements and align business needs with technology solutions
  • Define clients' requirements, design and propose innovative solutions
  • Coordinate the delivery of IT projects and services to ensure quality and timelines
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and commercial offers
  • Monitor sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance against targets
  • Support contract negotiations, renewals, and business development initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in Account Management or Sales within the IT sector
  • Experience managing enterprise accounts is a strong advantage
  • Good understanding of IT solutions, enterprise software, cloud services, or managed services
  • Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent command of the English language
