About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams
- Understand customer requirements and align business needs with technology solutions
- Define clients' requirements, design and propose innovative solutions
- Coordinate the delivery of IT projects and services to ensure quality and timelines
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services
- Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and commercial offers
- Monitor sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance against targets
- Support contract negotiations, renewals, and business development initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in Account Management or Sales within the IT sector
- Experience managing enterprise accounts is a strong advantage
- Good understanding of IT solutions, enterprise software, cloud services, or managed services
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent command of the English language
