Account Manager Acquisition Small-Medium Accounts

Responsibilities

• Expand service offerings for Small & Medium accounts
• Actively prospect according to commercial strategy to achieve objectives
• Analyze waste problems and flows to provide optimal solutions
• Determine pricing and negotiate contracts within set margins
• Discuss quotes with prospects and ensure contract closure
• Prepare visit reports

Requirements

• Professional bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Proven relevant sales experience
• Fluency in Dutch; knowledge of French is a plus
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Natural negotiator with a result-oriented approach
• Driven, dynamic, and a team player
